Please provide the following information:

• Copy of Purchase Agreement and/or Bill of Sale
• Copy of Current Registration
• Country of Origin (Where Built)
• Name and Address of Manufacturer
• Complete Name and Address of U.S. Purchaser
• Legal Status of Purchaser (i.e. Individual, Corporation, etc.)
• Estimated Date of Arrival at BLI

Please allow at least 4 business days to prepare the entry

Prior to departure from Canada, the pilot must:

• Verify consumption entry has been filed
• Contact McClary Swift & Co. for status
• Notify U.S. Customs of ETA
